As always brilliant session, legs are improving, muscles are becoming more relaxed as time goes on over past few months, muscles were very odemitous, but not as much can't believe the improvement in such a short space of time, should have done this year's ago and kept on top of it, but Jo is amazing with the massage therapy and advice, defo recommend

Had a few problematic areas so I booked in for a VIP massage with dry cupping—and wow, what a difference! Released tension in areas I didn’t know I was holding. Great knowledge, really relaxing little set up felt comfortable- highly recommend!!

Its not just a massage with rizz, its and educational lesson in massage therapy as he explains what hes doing not just getting to work on you and more than happy to help show you how to fix issues yourself using the techniques at home etc. great work 🤜🏼🤛🏼

Great sports massage, really made a difference in my training. Loving the heated blanket underneath too 🥰

I have been struggling with my shoulder/bicep for a while so decided to go to see Riz as he was recommended. He soon identified the issue, explained in detail the problem and got straight to work. I feel the massage really helped with the muscle tightness. Riz was very knowledgeable, took time and applied the right amount of pressure throughout. I felt immediate relief in my muscles, improved mobility, and far less tension afterward. The session was both therapeutic and relaxing. Highly recommended for anyone who trains regularly or deals with muscle soreness.

Aimee is fantastic. It's like having a catch up with a friend and getting a really good deep tissue massage at the same time. She is friendly, knowledgeable and experienced and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I've had massages other places but they tend to just give you a massage and that's it. Riz is full of ideas for different treatments and it's clear he really knows his stuff. He's also a really nice fella who puts you at ease.

One half oor sesh and I can notice a difference in my leg , still got long way to go but looking very positive so far, Jo is really nice, friendly and welcoming defo recommend Jo for massage therapy

Incredible as always. I arrived with a lot of pain around my lower back; Riz was very knowledgeable, explained the possible causes and looked at relieving the pain and tension. He used cupping, dry needling, massage and stretches to relieve it, as well as giving me an exercise plan moving forwards. Thank you!!

Great massage. Covered all the main areas but concentrated on those that required more attention. Very knowledgeable and gave good advice. Would highly recommend for anyone playing regular sport and I will definitely be back in the near future.

My back massage was just what I needed, my neck and shoulders are alway tight and the tension never seems to go away, after my treatment they already feel so much better, already booked in again and after Aimee’s advice of what needs to be done I’m excited for feeling great again.
