I’ve come to the end of my pre-booked course of microneedling treatments with Sarah, and I’ll be booking another set! Guaranteed relaxation (with a side of laughing) and personalised guidance and recommendations to maximise your glow. I’ve never had so many people ask me what I’m doing with my skin! I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough, especially if you are busy and need someone to remind you to relax and look after and prioritise yourself. I rarely fully unwind and relax, but it’s a guaranteed outcome of an appointment with Sarah. Roll on my next appointment!

Amazing experience - as always! I really notice such a positive difference in my skin after each appointment, especially the ✨glow✨, and a tangible reduction in my tension and stress levels. Sarah always looks after me, and each appointment starts with a collaborative discussion about what my skin needs most and ends with me feeling so relaxed and looked after. I hurt my back at the gym and could barely move, and the NHS wasn’t able to help at the time. I went to see Riz and honestly after just one session I felt so much better. I could move properly again and he gave me really helpful mobility advice to keep it improving. I’ve been back since!!! He’s really knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable straight away. I’ve already recommended him to others and definitely will keep doing so Thanks again Riz ☺️

Incredible as always. I arrived with a lot of pain around my lower back; Riz was very knowledgeable, explained the possible causes and looked at relieving the pain and tension. He used cupping, dry needling, massage and stretches to relieve it, as well as giving me an exercise plan moving forwards. Thank you!!
