Myself and my friend were visiting Leeds and were waiting for a late flight home, so decided to book in for a massage. The space was absolutely beautiful and ao relaxing as soon as you came through the door. The staff were so welcoming and lovely and the massages were absolutely perfect. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Leeds.

So pleased i found Kim through social media, she was so lovely and easy to chat with and the lymphatic drainage massage is exactly what I've been looking for. I had my first one and it did not disappoint, I've had plenty of massages before but this was totally different, so much better and 100% my vibe it felt amazing, and knowing its doing so much good i went ahead and booked several more. I cannot wait for my next one. Totally worth the journey from York to Leeds xx

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended for pain relief! My neck and shoulders were incredibly stiff and sore (office job & poor posture). I have seen a few massage therapists around Leeds but none have come close to Lee. She got all of my knots out and I left feeling so much lighter and tension-less . I’ll definitely be back!

I was able to book in last minute. The space feels like a sanctuary and is clean and comfortable. Roxy took the time to understand how best to help and what to focus on. I cam out feeling relaxed and realigned! If I lived in Leeds, I'd definitely come again!

Tuesday I joined the healing soundbath, it was just what I needed to feel grounded & content again after a very challenging few days on the hormonal rollercoaster. I've just enjoyed the most relaxing and calming Indian head massage at Om Holistic this morning. From start to finish everything was so perfect with a lovely welcome, attention to detail and the most beautiful massage in a wonderful space. I had a full body massage and reflexology. Being a busy mum this was an amazing escape to relax and unwind. Sometimes full body massages can be over all too fast but this was just perfect. I felt revived after my treatment and will definitely be booking again in the future.

I've been going to see Beth regularly since my tummy tuck and it's been such a pleasure she is the most lovely and welcoming woman that puts you at ease straight away and can help you by offering advice for any concerns you might have. The post op massages are a life saver I could not do without them even after the 1st one I felt better straight away with much less pain, I've had quite a few now and my definition is coming through nicely I also have under chin drainage that's so amazing my jawline is looking so snatched! Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!

I had the most amazing full body massage with Paula and I honestly can’t recommend her enough 🤍 I’ve recently given birth, so I was a bit nervous about how my body would feel, but she was so gentle, understanding and professional from start to finish. She really took the time to check what I was comfortable with and adapted everything to suit me. The pressure was perfect, relaxing but still effective, and she focused on all the areas that have been under strain since pregnancy and carrying newborns, especially my back and shoulders. I left feeling so much lighter, relaxed.

The atmosphere was calm, clean, and very soothing, which made it easy to switch off and unwind. I had a great session with Rachel.. She was relaxed and chatty and that helped me to relax too. She trimmed my toenails and eased back one that tended to be ingrowing. She removed all hard skin and finished with a refreshing moisturiser and massage. Bliss!
