I like exercise and still attempting to play sport. Gets more painful as you get older 😂. I have been for 3 excellent sports massages at Mackie Wellness now. Jan is excellent at identifying the painful areas and targeting muscle groups, to alleviate tension and pain. She checks in on pain levels and adjusts accordingly. Jan has also given me useful tips on how to prepare before exercise and stretches and warm downs for afterwards, to hopefully prevent further injury. Would highly recommend.

I had my first Sports massage and hot stones with Jan and can honestly say I finallyfound my therapist. She took time to listen to all my ailments and was warm welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She listened to my needs and fulfilled them, constantly checking in with me. I feel more relieved and far less pai and discomfort and that's after just one session. I've had a sports massage before years ago and was put off a little cos I found it too painful but this wasn't and really hit the spot. Jan knows her stuff and I'm looking forward to my next treatment next week. Thanks so much x

Lucy was very thorough in taking medical details and finding out what I needed from the appointment. The massage itself was wonderful, made me feel relaxed but simultaneously like I'd had a good workout. Left the studio feeling like a new woman. Would highly recommend.
