Indian Head Massage

Harmony and Healing Ritual 

This treatment mainly focuses on warming the muscle tissue to release tension and break up the muscle knots all over the body. I can concentrate on one specific area or offer full body, wherever the areas of discomfort are and can focus on the buildup of stress and muscle tension round the neck, shoulders and across the back, resulting from a desk job. Massage encourages relaxation, improves circulation and is also great for relieving tension headaches.

This would be a 30 minute focused Swedish massage in one specific area of the body (ie: back, shoulders, neck or legs) designed to ease tension. Perfect if you need quick relief from aches/stiffness
