I had a postnatal massage and took baby with me. It worked really well. It was such a relaxing space baby slept. The massage was set up flexibly if I needed to stop, comfort baby or feed. Such a rare thing to be able to work around baby and still have some therapeutic time and space for mums to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this treatment for new mums, a real treat .

An exquisite massage and the perfect customised healing session. Jorge is intuitive but really listens and caters the massage to meet your needs. I can’t wait to book again. The massage alone is 5 🌟 but then every little extra detail from the music, atmosphere, sounds and smells is very well thought out. Highly recommended, book in now!

I had a prenatal massage with Lucy, she made me feel really welcome. I loved the idea of the affirmation cards to start with before the massage began. The pressure was perfect and I felt really relaxed throughout the whole massage, thank you again I really enjoyed it and I think the little one did too :)x

It is always so good to see Sophie and to be in her hands. Every time I walk out of her treatment room I feel a lot lighter. The whole experience from start to finish was just amazing. As someone who struggles to relax at times I was made to feel comfortable straight away. Lucy was not only great at creating the right environment, she explained exactly what she was going to do and how the oils would balance and work with my body. Lucy was very considerate of my personal needs and asked me about music choice which was important for me. I can honestly say this was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Felt like a new person after I left and will be booking on again.

This was a first visit to Bonitaz, and chosen due to the location and availability. I had the leg and foot massage, which started with a foot soak and pedicure. It was very relaxing and very good pressure used on my feet. Paula is lovely and friendly. Very attentive and professional. I will definitely visit here again.

Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!
