I had a postnatal massage and took baby with me. It worked really well. It was such a relaxing space baby slept. The massage was set up flexibly if I needed to stop, comfort baby or feed. Such a rare thing to be able to work around baby and still have some therapeutic time and space for mums to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this treatment for new mums, a real treat .

An exquisite massage and the perfect customised healing session. Jorge is intuitive but really listens and caters the massage to meet your needs. I can’t wait to book again. The massage alone is 5 🌟 but then every little extra detail from the music, atmosphere, sounds and smells is very well thought out. Highly recommended, book in now!

As usual the lovely Natalie eased my aches and pains away. Always a lovely smiley welcome, asks if there are any ares/issues that are causing concern amazing calming massage, never want to get off the bed as so relaxed, cannot recommend this lady enough

I had a prenatal massage with Lucy, she made me feel really welcome. I loved the idea of the affirmation cards to start with before the massage began. The pressure was perfect and I felt really relaxed throughout the whole massage, thank you again I really enjoyed it and I think the little one did too :)x

It is always so good to see Sophie and to be in her hands. Every time I walk out of her treatment room I feel a lot lighter. Excellent massage therapy with a knowledgeable therapist. Highly recommended!

This was a first visit to Bonitaz, and chosen due to the location and availability. I had the leg and foot massage, which started with a foot soak and pedicure. It was very relaxing and very good pressure used on my feet. Paula is lovely and friendly. Very attentive and professional. I will definitely visit here again.

My Ayurvedic Yoga massage experience with Roxy was wonderful. I left feeling much better and moving much more freely. Roxy listened to my issues and worked on areas that needed attention. It was a lovely and calming experience. Roxy put me at ease straight away. I must book in again soon x

I've been having regular sessions with Patrick for nearly a year now, and I could not recommend him more! His sport massages have made a huge difference for my back and neck problems. But perhaps more importantly, he has helped me understand much better what is going on, as he is clearly very knowledgeable and always explains in plain terms what he observes is going on with the musculature. Ayurvedic yoga massage with Roxy is such a wonderful way to start the day. Roxy listened to my current body woes and worked some creative massage miracles which left me feeling and moving so much better. Roxy was very caring and sensitive with my postnatal body and kept checked in with.me just the right amount. It felt nourishing and relaxing as well as easing stagnation and tightness in my body. Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor!
