I had a postnatal massage and took baby with me. It worked really well. It was such a relaxing space baby slept. The massage was set up flexibly if I needed to stop, comfort baby or feed. Such a rare thing to be able to work around baby and still have some therapeutic time and space for mums to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this treatment for new mums, a real treat .

I booked my husband a massage, he definitely needed it. He’s not one to be free with the compliments, but could not have been more effusive with the praise for Roxy and her magical healing hands. Not only did she sort out some major back pain for hubby, she even took the time to message us afterwards with some research regarding the specific issues he was experiencing. Such a fantastic treatment! I booked a deep tissue massage to help with general aches and relaxing after travelling a lot for work recently. I love that BiFLX visit so you can relax in your own space. The treatment was totally customised, and BiFLX asked me thoughtful questions and guided me through the treatment, my shoulders feel so much better. BiFLX also showed me helpful exercises and stretches that I can do myself. I’ve already booked my next treatment, 100% recommend booking in with BiFLX.

Really lovely experience! It was my first ever massage and felt so relaxed after. The space is so beautifully decorated, the massage bed was heated and the therapist used a few of my favourite smells as essential oils for the massage. Well where do I begin? I am a massage-sensitive person, who knows that massage is good, but oh it hurts. I decided to give a lymphatic drainage a go, as someone told me I retain fluid. I have went to BRA and omg, I have not only been met by a sweetest team.. I have left, or should I say - flew out, feeling like a feather, light on my feet and fresh. I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. I came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Paula was fantastic and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

A truly amazing experience! The atmosphere at Roots Collective is warm. This was my first AYM and I loved the firmness of pressure coupled with the warm oils and powder makes the massage even more effective and relaxing. The use of certain pressure points really helped with my mental tension. Roxy has magic hands! Would highly recommend.
