From the time I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Izzy., who also washed my hair. Sensational head massage Izzy, thank you. Taylor listened to what I wanted, she heard my wish for but also hesitation about changing hair length. Taylor didn’t rush me. She gently listened and responded. It was a very positive experience.
