Brooke really took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered expert advice, and absolutely nailed the final result. The colour is beautiful, vibrant, and blends so naturally — it’s exactly what I was hoping for (if not better!). Karla was absolutely fabulous, she listened to exactly what I wanted and did it. She was so kind and considerate of my needs. I find hair salons quite daunting but Karla and Brooke, who was also there put me at total ease
