I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing washing technique,felt refreshed and clean,only thing i would say is that blow drying heat was a bit to intense on my scalp,but overall,excellent service,gentle and very fast,thank you!

The stylists are very knowledgeable and understand hair. Tarryn was able to advise me on the best products, treatments and style for my hair. She knows her profession and I see her as a trusted SME. The salon is always clean and inviting, perfect when needing some relaxing whilst your hair is styled. Aqeelah gives the best foot massages and pedicures. I had sponsorship from a friend so I had a cut by Rene. Rene does have a good hand for cutting hair though. Unfortunately no pensioner discount and about R400 over the going rate which is an astronomical amount to pay for a cut, colour and blowdry plus to pay for a small amount of conditioner. Thankfully I brought my own.

A lovely lady who works professionally, quickly and cut Mt hair exactly the way I wanted it. Thank you.
