This is a 5.0 star review. My stylist was ANDY. I have had many bad experiences with hair cut services. I have necessitated only 2 visits to hospital emergency since living in Metro Vancouver. Both were the result of a bad experience at a salon or barber. I can't disclose the specific issues treated by compassionate doctors, but they were true emergencies that couldn't wait for a walk-in clinic the next day. To me it is thus necessary to protect myself against bad behaviour. Andy EXCEEDED expectations results wise and is the most attentive and respectful stylist I've ever met.

I have tried many hair salons in the Burquitlam area and downtown Vancouver as well and I’m really impressed by the haircut I got from Rose. She took the time to cut my hair and make sure the cut is even and looks good. She was so gentle I almost fell asleep a few times during the more than 30 muinute cut. I really appreciate it! The salon is bright, clean and functional. I highly recommend trying this salon!

What a wonderful experience! My hair is short, straight and grey and Raina gave me the best, easy to care for cut, I love it. The shop is very clean and inviting. I've just moved back to the Burnaby area and I'll definately return to Raina.

I got a men’s haircut with Kelly and it was a great experience! She gave me feedback on my face shape and styles before the cut. During the cut, she had good attention to detail and was gentle with my hair. The hair washing was relaxing too. I’m happy with the outcome of the cut, it was the style I hoped for! I have been going to Rosé for almost half a year now since she has taken over the place and have left satisfied with each visit. I like that she always gives recommendations with how to style your haircut after it is finished. She is very nice and understanding despite the language barrier and has always given exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this place and to book with her for men’s haircuts!

Saemi is a very good stylist. She is also very nice and very professional. I just wish that my appointment would not keep getting pushed back every time I come here. I never complain whenever that happens so I hope that when I will be a little bit late for my appointment, the staff would also be patient with me. I was once 3 minutes late for my appointment and I called the shop, but the young man who answered my call was clearly pissed off that I was going to be late, and sternly told me to hurry up and come right away.
