This was my first experience at Retreat Massage and Wellness and I will definitely be back!! The staff were incredibly welcoming on arrival and I was able to relax as soon as I walked through the door. I had a pregnancy massage, and my therapist Julianne was AMAZING! Even the tone of her voice was lovely and relaxing. She was extremely professional - and easily one of the best pregnancy massages I have had. She made me very comfortable (which is very difficult this late in pregnancy 😅) Thank you Julianne and the staff at Retreat for a wonderful experience 🤍

Had the most relaxing facial/massage. I’ve never enjoyed a massage before. I usually get out of massages feeling sore and uncomfortable but I had the best experience at Canberra day spa, I’ve never felt so relaxed. Highly recommend!

Lauren is fantastic at massages and the head spa treatment too. If you want to feel relaxed, you should definitely make an appointment - you won’t regret it. Black Swan is a solid 10/10, I’ve never had any issues and they honestly give the best massages I’ve ever had. 😌

My Daughter and I enjoyed our relaxing massages immensely! We were warmly welcomed by Sammi and Rosie and the place was serene and calm. I had a lot of knots and I not only was the massage amazing, when I woke up the next day my neck was longer and shoulders were so much more relaxed. I will be back soon!

From the moment I lay back in the reclining massage chair, I felt completely relaxed. The ambience and décor are calming and beautifully thought out, creating the perfect setting to unwind. Sky was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire experience. The head and neck massages were wonderfully relaxing, with just the right pressure throughout. My first time visiting Krissi's Beauty Therapy was a great experience. Krissi was lovely and my hot stone massage was amazing! For someone who struggles to relax during massages I almost fell asleep and most definitely felt relaxed and refreshed. Absolute bliss!

Amazing! One of the best experiences/massages I had. The atmosphere is relaxing and really curated. Everyone has been nice, polite and attentive, they made our stay great! We had a 3 hrs massage/sauna package, and I have never felt so relaxed. The pressure for the massage was exactly how I liked it. I will definitely come back!! Only thing to improve: with the air conditioning on, sometimes it was a bit cold (so maybe keep it at a higher temperature?). I love the gold robes! So soft and nice!

The ambience of the room, the oils used at my request, the actual massage itself (pressure and technique) made me go into another zone and I felt extremely relaxed upon leaving. A Devine experience. Saori made me feel deeply relaxed with her scalp neck and shoulders massage, the peppermint and maybe a chamomile vapour and her calm, warm nature. The ambiance in the room was lovely and allowed me to completely relax during this type of experience which was new to me. I would definitely recommend and return myself sometime soon hopefully. From the minute I walked down the side way I felt relaxed. So friendly, warm & welcoming. I began with a foot soak which that in itself was just so relaxing, then I got taken inside where I had a back & shoulder massage that also included my legs. Finished with a perfect facial & head massage with a treatment for my hair. Heaven right there 🦋🦋

I am so grateful to have found Saila. Finally all of the issues I have lived with for my whole adult life (I am 56) start to make sense. In particular, Saila confirmed my strongly suspected lipodema, and not only provides the most amazing lymphatic drainage massages, she is giving invaluable advise on how to manage the condition and prevent further progress. After the first massage I slept for 12 hours, really deeply, for the first time in years and woke feeling incredibly relaxed.

First time visiting Alura and I must say ... it hurt yet was very effective. Lovely, polite and knowledgeable staff. I have had many massages with a number of therapists in other places and this was by far the best. I asked for a medium remedial and that is exactly what was given. Tight areas are no longer, painful sites less so. I am definitely going back soon ... this time for a relaxing massage. Thanks guys and well done.

Always a great service here such lovely people and the massages were at the right pressure . They always ask what strength of massage would you like before we start and also once started to confirm all is great .
