I've never had cupping before and Anna and the reception staff were both so great in explaing what to expect and all of the after care things. As expected, my massage was amazing. The whole experience was wonderful. They prepared a warm massage bed, and after we got changed and lay down, the temperature was perfect. For the deep tissue massage, the therapist was very experienced. She was able to find the problem areas and focus on them effectively. The hot stone massage was amazing. The therapist first used her hands to massage and relax the muscles, then incorporated the hot stones to increase circulation, which felt incredible. I'm already thinking this would make a great Christmas gift.
