My experience was quite pleasant, The massage therapist I had was polite, checked in to see how I was doing or if there was any issues and did a great job. I had a sporting competition on the weekend and it left me feeling quite sore and stiff the Monday. Whilst i felt some relief after our session I work up the next day feeling much better. The areas which my therapist targeted on my request were much better. Thank you!

I really enjoyed my experience, paying the extra for the infrared sauna was worth it. The space was clean and the reception staff were lovely. The only thing I felt could be improved was the "bespoke" salt scrub felt like it was just run of the mill rose scrub instead of bespoke. I suppose I was expecting it to be a base and then you choose the fragrance or something? Or maybe just change the wording from bespoke to rose salt scrub. This did not take away from my experience and I will return but just some feedback :)

Incredible experience with Haena. She was very thorough with the skin consultation and analysis, and tailored the treatment to my unique needs, without pushing for any extra products or treatments. I only wish I took photos of my skin results as a reference to keep! The actual experience was amazing and relaxing, Haena was very gentle throughout and explained the process well. I learnt a lot about my own skin from one appointment, and my skin is already looking and feeling better than it has in ages. A trustworthy place that I will be back at.

I've had a couple of laser hair removal sessions with Alex, and she's been absolutely lovely. She's patient, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout every session. Lovely calm environment. Jenny is super quick and professional with the lashes. I’ve tried a few styles with her and have been happy with results every time. The lashes also tend to last longer than any other place I’ve been to. Thank you Jenny
