I absolutely love charmaine, everytime we visit Breathe she greets us with the biggest smile and best attitude! Love the infrared saunas, the room is big and the lighting is dim and you feel really Zen being in there. Fast forward to cryo, brightly lit and freeeeeezing! Will definitely shock the Zen out of you! Also, love the sodii hydration drink they provide. All round 10 out 10 experience everytime. Thank you

Absolute bliss was the feeling after a lymphatic drainage massage by Olivia. Followed by an infrared sauna. It is just what I needed after a very busy week. Will be doing this on repeat.

Lymphatic massage, Sauna, Fat Cav and Tightening on my abdomen.... both Michelle and Olivia conducted my treatments today...I just love Adelphi and the staff, Thankyou for your informative treatments and your place of tranquillity.. again I feel asleep totally blessed..

First time and it was a great experience. Olivia explained the treatment in detail and the massage followed by sauna was amazing!

Abby does an amazing job. Last minute I requested a facial instead of a sauna and there were no issues in changing the service. The massage and facial were so relaxing, I had to sit in my car before driving off. It’s well worth the expense.

This was my second lymphatic drainage massage & once again Abby did not disappoint. I also had a sauna which was nice. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this experience and the benefits you gain.

Adriana is amazing, knowledgeable and personable. The Lymphatic drainage is something I do every 8 weeks and the benefits are a game changer. Finished off with a sauna in a relaxing environment I couldn’t ask for anything more.
