One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. THE best beauticians in Town. Lee-Anne, Wendy and Sam are caring and personable, creating a very warm welcoming environment. I really enjoyed my facial with Avryl. She was warm, friendly and my skin felt lovely afterwards. My only reason for giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that I would have appreciated a little more explanation of the treatments being performed. The description mentions dermaplaning, but I don't believe this was done, and when I asked for clarification afterwards I unfortunately didn't receive an answer. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily return.

I had the most incredible experience with my massage, facial, and head massage it was absolutely amazing! Rasheeda was so gentle but so efficient! I booked a Deep Cleanse Facial and I am eager to try all the other facials offered by Bosch Beauty. I will definitely go back and I would highly recommend her to anyone. The facilities are neat and well kept. When you enter Bosch Beauty you are immediately hit with the fresh ambience of a spa. Artisan Skin - the crème de la crème of skin clinics in Cape Town. I couldn't recommended them more. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and professional. A really top class team. Plus the ambiance and luxurious rooms makes even a bikini wax feel like a spoil!
