Could have been a 5 if we started on time. Otherwise he’s always gentle and helpful I almost fell asleep when we was washing and detangling my hair . Love getting my hair done by Kurt (spelling?) He’s also good with customer service - calling and following up do do a survey earlier this year and he called me remind me of my appointment today.
