Had an amazing experience with Amiena, she's very welcoming, punctual, professional and friendly, I cannot recommend her enough. Amiena kept constant communication with me about my appointment, cut my hair so nicely and did my manicure (impeccable job) may i add that she is so gentle with her touch and has attention to detail. Brenda is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her every second week for the past two years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. She always makes me feel comfortable and completely at home. She knows exactly how to shape and tint my eyebrows perfectly every time. Her attention to detail and consistency are exceptional.

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. Best nail tech ever! I have been to so many and never happy, my gel comes off or my nails become weak. But with Jenna, my nails are so strong still after doing my nails for so long, because she takes extra care to not damage your nails while doing a manicure. I really can recommend her, amazing work 👏

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Honestly the best massage in Cape Town. I have been to numerous places and nothing compares to this. I had the 4 handed Swedish massage which was magnificent. I also had a head massage that just made me melt.

Service was fine. I had a Gel manicure application. Both my thumb nail polish is thick and has small particles in it. I am going for Gel pedicure tomorrow, so will ask if it can be soaked off and reapplied again. The technician who did my Gel manicure the previous time, did a better application. Thank you.
