THE best massage I've ever had in my life. Period. I'm not the kind of person who enjoys being slathered in oil and glided around. I'm a grabby, fascia pulling, connective tissue stretching kinda girl. So the shiatsu was perfect for me and Indah is an actual massage Goddess. 90 minutes of absolute bliss. I would seriously consider going to Bali and just copping the plane ticket fee as a 100% worthwhile cost of getting this massage again. 10/10.

Her attention to detail and patience she shows with my hair type that isn’t the most manageable is something to be admired. Love her and the quality she brings. Super happy! This was hands down one of the most divine treatments I’ve ever had. The combination of facial, lymphatic body massage and coconut scrub was absolute perfection. Every touch felt thoughtful and grounding, like a full body exhale. My skin is glowing, my body feels and looks less puffy and I feel so refreshed, and my mind is so calm it’s almost surreal. It’s my third time to Flow beauty lab this week while staying in Bali. My boyfriend and I had the most incredible 75 minute massage and feel the best we have felt in ages. Our first time here and the service was exceptional. Brought my kids and the staff were very friendly and made them feel comfortable. Love the hair styling by Fernando. He asked for my preference and delivered! Yulia on the other hand was attending to my daughter and she did an amazing job too. Shoutout to Ayu for being so helpful and attentive to our family. Not only the three of them were friendly, they even share with us places to eat and child friendly places to bring our kids in Bali. They were all so kind and amazing. Will definitely come back here again and recommend to our friends

Amazing experience! I had a Balinese massage and a blow dry, and everything was perfect. The staff were kind, professional and attentive to my needs. The massage was incredibly relaxing, especially on my head, neck, shoulders and feet. Exactly what I was looking for. The salon is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. I also loved my hair after the blow dry. Thank you for making me feel relaxed and beautiful before my night out. Salon is beautiful. Jeje did a great job doing nanoplasty and restyling my hair. Would highly recommend. The staff are all so helpful. Got my classic eyelashes done by Bening (I’m sorry if I’m spelling that wrong). She was amazing too and I got treated to a reflexology foot massage which was the best I’ve had in bali.
