I had a deep tissue massage followed by an Indian scalp massage and it was amazing. The deep tissue worked out all the tension in my back and shoulders while still being relaxing. The scalp massage was so calming I could’ve fallen asleep. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely relaxed. Such a professional and welcoming experience, I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing a proper reset.

Absolutely fabulous deep muscle massage. Just what I nneeded and will definitely be returning. I haven’t had a massage in quite a while and was going to head into Stratford but Serenity lodge looked more appealing. The location is beautiful, plenty of parking and Kerry is amazing. Thank you!

I wasn’t sure which type of treatment to take following surgery on my neck with some agitated muscles throughout. However, Ema’s approach was superb and I had a full body MOT which identified several areas requiring treatment and self awareness for recovery. Wholeheartedly recommend Ema.

Had a gorgeous pregnancy massage this morning with Rhi. I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and been suffering with back and hips pain the last few weeks so thought I'd treat myself to a massage. It was absolutely glorious and really helped with the tension in my back and hips. Can't recommend enough!

This was my first time attending the practice. Ema was great. Made me feel at ease, explained clearly what was she was going to do throughout the appointment. Gave me lots of hints and guidance as to how to help myself too. I’ve no doubt I’ll be returning.

Rhi was lovely and so welcoming. My husband had a quick fix massage. She focused on the area he had pain, balanced it out and even gave him exercises to ease the area that he could do himself. I had a pregnancy massage and it was very relaxing and eased a lot of tension. Would definitely recommend and go again!

Wow! My first time having this treatment and it did not disappoint. I have been wanting one of these for a long time now and I wish I could have one done weekly! Hannah was very professional and super friendly during the whole process. She made me feel comfortable and came across confident in what she was doing. She explained the steps as she was doing it and made me feel so relaxed. I will 100% be booking in again for this treatment. My hair feels and smells amazing, so shiny and so soft. Sophie is an intuitive massage therapist in my opinion. My massage was focused on my upper back, shoulders and neck, following a spasm. I experienced immediate relief following her massage and continue to feel the benefits. Superb experience in a beautiful setting. Sophie is calm, confident and an expert masseuse. I highly recommend her to you all. If you are reading this, then go ahead and book with confidence. I come to posture and poise for a sports massage because I hold a lot of tension in my upper back and shoulders. Kate is strong and always manages to attend to the knots I'm my back with care & good humour (the tension in my shoulders can be really tough!). I always leave feeling much lighter, at ease and smile on my face after pottering around their lovely shop which has a great vibe. Thanks guys!

Amazing Indian Head massage today from Posture & Poise. I always state on my consultation form I have issues with my neck, but it normally gets ignored. Not here. She listened to my concerns and gave me an excellent massage to help. I will be back.
