I had a lovely head , shoulder and upper back massage at the Crows nest. Nicola had bought a new massage stool which was so comfy to sit on, relax and enjoy the massage. The massage was amazing and I felt so much better afterwards. I then went for a sauna and swim/movement in the indoor pool. Nicola gave us a stone and incense as first time customers. We will return. My partner had the same massage and he also enjoyed the experience and felt so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Nicola - she is a lovelyperson too. Thank you Crows Nest. xxx

Kayleigh was amazing, she really listened to my concerns and targeted all areas amazingly. The experience as a whole was very relaxing but also really relieved all the tension in my back, i am very impressed. She made me feel very cared for from the moment I walked in. Would definitely recommend!

I had a Indian head message with Nicola. My jaw and shoulders have always been very tight, I have recently been suffering with a lot more pain, along with less mobility. Nicola really knew what I needed and released many, many knots! I feel lighter and I can move my neck again! Lovely hotel, wonderful teas, amazing staff. Thankyou.

I just experienced what I can only describe as a spiritual awakening disguised as a deep-tissue massage. I went in feeling like a slightly crumpled houseplant and emerged feeling like I'd gone ten rounds with a particularly enthusiastic badger. Let's be clear, the therapist clearly knew their stuff. They found knots I didn't even know existed. I'm pretty sure they unearthed some ancient tension dating back to the invention of the wheel. Each press, each knead, felt like a tiny exorcism of strimmediately by the agonizing release where I had to fight to not gravitate to the light..

I've just returned home from a pamper package consisting of back, neck, shoulder massage, mini facial, Indian head massage.... and I think I am the most relaxed I've ever been! Hayley is wonderful! I've been a customer of the beauty room for 20 years, and I've never been disappointed with any of the treatments I've had. This was supposed to be a monthly pay day treat... but honestly, that was the best massage I've ever had. I can't wait another month, so have already booked my next one :)

Ellie is very welcoming and the set up is modern, clean and inviting with such a varied offer of treatments. I enjoyed the infrared sauna this time, which I found very beneficial for aching muscles and stress. Would totally recommend.

Amy has a relaxing , a gentle and soothing personality. Her personality makes you feel the same at the end of massage. What an amazing massage . Love the hot stones . I have a physical job and have lots of strain on my shoulders, Amy did a lot of work on this area and have relieved the tension. I really recommend anyone to have a winter warmer massage , you will feel refreshed for the rest of the winter months. Going back next month . I love the chimes bells at the end , I find that very relaxing. And nice way to finish the massage . Cannot wait for my next one . A big thank you honey xx

Lauren was really professional and friendly, she checked in with me to make sure the pressure was just right for me which it was! I felt very relaxed after my treatment. It really took the stress away from my lower back. Will definitely be booking in with her again soon

Lovely facial with amazing head massage!

Really look forward to my infrared/red light saunas, and even the cold shower after which I take at my own pace. I recently also had a very relaxing head massage after one of them, which set me up perfectly for a great night sleep. On these dark cold nights, this is the best place to be.

A really wonderful Winter warmer with Amy. The massage was at just the right amount of pressure for me, the facial and head massage were very relaxing and the hand warmers were a treat until I felt my hands were too hot. Sorry Amy for making you jump!
