Had my first appointment with Rich, primarily to address long term chest muscle issues. Rich knew exactly what needed doing and not only gave a great sports massage, he was also a pleasure to talk too, resulting in a 1hr session going very quickly. My chest felt much better, immediately afterwards and Rich gave me some pointers re. regular exercises. I highly recommend Farnborough Sports Massage & I look forward to visiting again! Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. Her professionalism really stands out — everything is done with care and attention to detail, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ experience. I always leave feeling well looked after and really happy with the results. Honestly, I can’t recommend her enough!
