First visit to Acer beauty having found availability on Fresha and then finding the instagram page and reading about Ellie, her experience and having just started up here in Carlisle. I booked in and had one of the best massages I’ve ever had ‘the Signature’ it was just what I needed and so relaxing. Ellie was lovely, and put me totally at ease visiting somewhere for the first time. It’s a lovely relaxing space with a warm welcome and the bonus of parking at the door. I would highly recommend

Ali was superb. Not had any previous treatments with Ali before and will definitely go back. Her scalp massage was divine and would rival authentic head massage I have had previously in Sri Lanka. I felt so calm , I thought I was floating! Gold nails also a first for me but they go so well with outfit fir disco night planned. Thank you Ali x

Fabulous as always 😍 Emma is such a professional, offering a whole range of treatments to suit everyone. I tried the eye massage gadget today- hard to describe- soothing, pulsating, massages your temples gently , with your eyes closed listening to the sounds from the headphones incorporated in the eye massage tool/ gadget which sits snug over your head . The sensation is calming and eased my mind . I believe this would help with head aches. After a neck and shoulder massage releasing tension and my feet and calves massaged away I skipped out feeling rejuvenated 🤩

I had the most wonderful experience at the salon today! I booked in for a massage, eyelash tint, and eyebrow wax, and every treatment was absolutely perfect. The massage was so relaxing and exactly what I needed — I left feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. My eyelash tint turned out amazing and really made my eyes stand out naturally, and my eyebrow wax was done with such care and precision. Ellie made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Such a lovely, calming atmosphere and excellent service throughout. I’ll definitely be back soon Thank you Ellie

Lisa is just amazing. The Indian head massage and back and shoulder massage was just what I needed. On my return home, my husband said I looked better and more energised (he didn't know I had gone for a treatment). Considering I can re arrange furniture without him noticing I would say this was significant! Thank you Lisa and look forward to more treatments with you.

Came to see Ali on Thursday night as the tension and strain in my neck and shoulders was becoming unbearable, I had such an amazing treatment and I left feeling lighter and less scrunched up, I came home and slept like a baby and I’ve woke up this morning pain free for the first time in months of not years.
