Zinaida put me at my ease quickly & showed a genuine interest in my circumstances. I enjoyed a mini-facial followed by a Reiki session. Overall I left feeling refreshed having experienced peaceful & calming treatments that filtered out the frenetic lead up to Christmas. Thank you Zinaida.

I have regular treatments at Finesse, both for relaxation and tension maintenance. However, this is the first time I have had Thai Foot Reflexology, WOW !!! I can not express what a fantastic experience this was, I certainly would highly recommend this treatment to everybody. As soon as I left finesse I booked myself another Thai Foot treatment. Loved my Indian head massage Zina, it was so relaxing. You knew exactly where all my tensions and knots were and melted them away. The oils smelt amazing and has left my skin so soft on my neck, shoulders and back. The oils you used on my head has left my hair super shiny and soft too. Left all my tension behind as soon as you started…your touch is very powerful, you definitely have healing hands. Highly recommend.

From the minute you are welcomed into the beautiful, calming studio space, you are the focus of Zinaida’s attention. I have had Indian head massage many times before with varying degrees of enjoyment and benefit. With the different techniques that Zinaida uses it is definitely, as billed, an Indian head massage ‘like nowhere else’. I left feeling relaxed, tension reduced in neck and shoulders and I had the best sleep ever. And my hair is in amazing condition! I would definitely recommend.

I visited Zilda Holistic Therapies studio for the bamboo vibration treatment, it’s one of my favourites and I’ve received the treatment lots of times. When I arrived at my appointment I mentioned just in conversation to Zinaida that I had had a headache for most of the day. Zinaida then reshaped my therapy treatment to take this into consideration and by the end of it my headache was better and I felt much less tension in my body. Best holistic therapist in Fife 👌
