Treated my mum for a mother's day gift to the ultimate de-stress spa pamper. This involved a Indian head massage, facial , sinus massage and finished with the Japanese head spa. My mum absolutely LOVED it and said Charlie was very welcoming and fantastic start to finish. We both can't wait to come back - absolutely EXCELLENT ☺️

I feel I need to share an amazing treatment I have just had which is totally unique and one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had (and I have had a few!) Heidi was amazing!! I thought a Japanese Head Spa would consist of a scalp massage and treating my hair to lots of nourishing products. It is that,but so much more! I loved the ambient dark room with flickering candles and relaxing background music. After a wonderful scalp massage and nourishing my hair with some beautifully smelling products, Heidi gave me a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage followed by a refreshing foot scrub

I’ve been to Chantara several times now, and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! I tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and back, and every time I go, she manages to find and get rid of all the knots and some of them I didn’t even know I had! She’s incredibly skilled, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making you feel better. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always leave feeling like lighter. If you’re looking for an effective massage in Norwich, I'd recommend having it at Chantara!

Wow, where do we begin, what an absolutely amazing experience. We had a couples (mother and daughter) Japanese head massage. It was literally the best treatment we’ve ever had. Katie is wonderful and friendly, and does great looking nails. Plus you get a massage of your hand and wrists with either hot or cold mittens. I also had nail art on one nail. Good for parking and just a great place. I would highly recommend.

My first visit and I will return. Had a manicure and pedicure gel and head massage. Looked after by both members of staff who were both very welcoming, personable and professional. Nails look lovely and left feeling very relaxed and pampered.

Today I had the most incredible head spa by Heidi. My partner booked this for me as a little birthday treat. In December we suffered a miscarriage and I haven’t been able to switch my brain off since this happened. I’m so grateful to Heidi for creating a safe and welcoming space for me to relax. This was the best treatment I’ve ever had and I will definitely be back.

Brilliant service very thorough and helpful. always makes sure everything is to your liking. Very comfortable massage table and head rest. It was so good to have this service in my own home. Very pleased with the service I received, I highly recommend 1st class sports massage.

Florence was absolutely fantastic! I had a next level pedicure, and she was genuinely lovely and chatty, a brilliant little salon which I’ll only be too pleased to visit and recommend to all my Norwich girlfriends.

Fantastic Indian Head Massage!

First time seeing Louise and had an Indian head massage. I thought it was very good and Louise was lovely. Will deffo be going back.

Iga provided a truly excellent and tailored massage for me, following a recent surgery. It helped my body relax and release stored up tension. So glad I found Iga!

I had a 75 minute relaxation massage with Charlotte. It was a birthday treat to myself as a busy, working Mummy. Charlotte was amazing ! The back massage and Indian head massage was so relaxing and the pressure was just right. Charlotte also did a facial rejuvenation and it’s hands down the best massage I have had.
