I went to Gemma with knots in my upper back that was affecting my neck, I wasn't able to move my head properly. I booked in for a neck shoulders and back massage, not only did Gemma relieve the knots, she eased menstrual cramps in my lower back. The whole massage was so soothing and relaxing. I woke up the next morning and could not believe that I slept through the whole night! This is something I haven't done in over 6 months. Today I have felt so fresh with so much energy!! I can't thank Gemma enough ❤️

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?

I have already left a positive review on TripAdvisor as u wanted but normally I leave reviews on fresha so my 1st ever visit here was superb it went to plan I enjoyed my Indian head massage wiv Abi very much most importantly left Spa feeling great wat I wanted & exactly wat i achieved shud hav perhaps booked an earlier appointment jus because in the spontaneous moment I was liking indian head massage that much fancied a Swedish massage but my appointment was 540pm & they close 630pm.I will jus book again next time for that whenever I require a treat and want my mood lifting

My appointment with Gemma was so relaxing and she makes you feel so welcome and at ease, not only did i get a head massage and hair treatment, i even got a neck massage and Gemma gives the best massages!!! Iv already booked in for my next appointment 😁

Just "floated" home after an Indian head massage from Lucy. Very relaxing, thank you. Lovely building too with a good sized carpark (unusual for Headingley)

My massage with Sorcha was absolutely amazing, the questions ahead of the treatment ensured that it was a perfectly tailored experience from start to finish, couldn't recommend more!

Booked in for a total leg wax, eyebrow waxing, facial and LVL lashes. As always the treatments were exceptional. Lauren was very experience and Easy to talk to. I had a lovely relaxing time. The facial was really relaxing and luxurious and included a mini shoulder, head and neck massage. Of course I will be back in a month or so to do it all again. I can’t recommend Little Spa enough. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere very welcoming. I’ve been going to Little Spa for over 10 years and would never consider going anywhere else.

Wow what can I say that why by far the best Japanese head spa I had. Kauty is very professionally and passionate at her work. I felt so relaxed from start to finish I didn't want to leave. My hair feels amazing. I loved my Japanese tea at the end of my treatment. Would definitely book in for another one
