Great experience today. Bunny is always very professional and very skilled at making you feel good .She is very friendly and always a smile on her face. I have been many times and decided to go for the “office and Desk Tension relief “ as I have been getting some aches and pains from sitting at my desk for long periods.. Bunny did a great job of stretching out my muscles and tendons. This treatment is advised to be over a few sessions as I am very tight around the arms and shoulders. I feel much better after one session and I am confident she will sort out my problems i may have.

I had an incredible experience here! The location is beautiful and parking was a breeze, which made the start of the appointment totally stress-free. The therapist was so hospitable and clearly very talented—I left feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time. I will definitely be back!

I had an exceptional reflexology treatment and couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and relaxed. Jo was highly professional, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable. The treatment helped release tension throughout my body, and I left feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply relaxed. I noticed a significant improvement in my overall wellbeing afterwards. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a truly therapeutic and rejuvenating experience.

Let me be honest..I'm not a fan of going the hairdressers. I always seem to walk away a little despondent and unheard. I found Natalie, a small independent hairdresser, through Facebook and Solihull word of mouth. I read about her approach to hair health and immediately thought, yes, this is exactly what I need., especially has my hair seems in menopausal/stress crisis. Natalie offerd a truly holistic experience including a lovely exfoliating scalp treatment and I'm so happy with my cut and finish. I'm looking forward to continuing my healthy hair journey with Natalie. Thank you Natalie & Emma

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

The tension in my neck and shoulders has completely eased, and she incorporated stretches that made a huge difference. She also took the time to give me helpful advice for keeping things loose going forward. I felt really looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend.
