Her attention to detail and patience she shows with my hair type that isn’t the most manageable is something to be admired. Love her and the quality she brings. Super happy! This was hands down one of the most divine treatments I’ve ever had. The combination of facial, lymphatic body massage and coconut scrub was absolute perfection. Every touch felt thoughtful and grounding, like a full body exhale. My skin is glowing, my body feels and looks less puffy and I feel so refreshed, and my mind is so calm it’s almost surreal. I had a wonderful experience with Maurenza at Rose Petal Bali. My treatment included 30-minute manual extraction, 20-minute Gua Sha, and an additional 30-minute lymphatic massage. She was very gentle and professional throughout the whole session, especially during the extractions, which were done carefully and comfortably. The Gua Sha and lymphatic massage were incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and sculpted. The place itself is beautiful, very clean, and uses high-quality products and materials, which makes the whole experience feel premium. Highly recommend!!!

It’s my third time to Flow beauty lab this week while staying in Bali. My boyfriend and I had the most incredible 75 minute massage and feel the best we have felt in ages. Amazing experience! I had a Balinese massage and a blow dry, and everything was perfect. The staff were kind, professional and attentive to my needs. The massage was incredibly relaxing, especially on my head, neck, shoulders and feet. Exactly what I was looking for. The salon is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. I also loved my hair after the blow dry. Thank you for making me feel relaxed and beautiful before my night out. Omang removed my gel nails first and then did my manicure. She was very gentle and clean. Thank you so much for the lovely hand massage as well. I’m honestly still obsessed with my new hair 😭✨ Merry did an absolutely phenomenal job with my extensions — I’ve never had hair this beautiful in my life. The blend, the color, the length… everything is just PERFECT. Not only is Merry incredibly talented, but the whole staff was so sweet, welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in.
