Visiting Gaia is the most lovely experience and I’m looking forward to coming back again already! Kaylin was so friendly and welcoming, instantly knew what I was trying to achieve and shared her expert knowledge on how to get my hair back into great condition. I was greeted by Daniel in the lobby. He verified my treatments I requested and served me a very refreshing tea. The treatments started and I was positively surprised by the level of hospitality as well as massage techniques. Usually I try to follow the therapists’ technique and style, Daniel made me disconnect quickly, so that I could enjoy in all peace and tranquility the massages. After the massage therapy he remained very professional and offered me water and a shower. So I was glad that I took the full package and had the best 2h of the day.

Experience was good , I would say it was a bit rough …. When they push back the Cuticles on toes. Massage was lovely. I must say Boa needs a deep clean it’s starting to look run down and dirty 🫤 the nail color books are full of dark hand marks , and the chairs are stained and dirty. The nail treatment and quality is great but to keep up with the standard I would say a deep clean and revamped furniture is needed. It’s not good when the client starts to question the sanitary of their experience.

I had my nails done on 27 May. During the appointment, I noticed the UV lamp was weak and mentioned to the nail technician that the set might not last, asking if the lamp could be changed. It was only replaced after I raised the concern. On 3 June, one nail broke. As I was taking my niece for her appointment on 5 June, I asked for a repair but was told I had to pay as it was beyond the 7-day policy. Then, on 7 June, two more nails on the same hand broke and I had to pay again for repairs. I'm very disappointed with the quality and durability of this set. And the fact that the 4th nail is about

Edgar was professional and really made me feel comfortable. The venue is neat and peaceful. I enjoyed the body scrub. It leaves your skin really smooth. The massage was good too and it is on par with massages I have received from other masseurs. I recommend Edgar.

My husband and I had massages today at this spa, on our last day of holiday and both treatments were amazing. They were thorough and relaxing and absolutely the best way to end our trip with such an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend scheduling a massage here.

Honestly this was probably the best deep tissue massage I ever received, and I have recieved many (around the world actually since I have taken this year to travel). Esnarth is a tiny woman, but man does she have some strength! I suffer from achey muscles especially my calves that just become stone. I was in quite a lot of pain when I came in. And she loosened my muscles, abating the pain. If i was a Cape town local I would be making an appointment every week. Alas I am only here for 1 month, but I think I will go in again on my last day.

She has magical hands when it comes to massage techniques and every treatment she does, is done with passion. She aims to make you 100% happy before you leave. I had visited a different branch in Cape Town before and was quite disappointed with the results. However, when I went to BOA on Bree, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely manager, Savannah, who didn’t hesitate to fit me in and ensure my nails were absolutely perfect! She really made me feel heard and valued as a client! I was then assisted by Charity as my nail technician, and she was phenomenal — truly exceeded my expectations. An 11/10 experience! I highly recommend this branch. 😊

I booked a 60-minute head spa with Kaylin, well worth it. She was thorough, professional, and thoughtful, including a neck and shoulder massage. She scanned my scalp before and after so I could see the difference the treatment made. Last minute I asked for a trim, and Justus accommodated the quick change to a curly cut, taking time to make my vision happen. I spent a beautiful Friday morning with this team and left feeling heard, taken care of, and with a fabulous new haircut. I highly recommend!!
