I booked a wash and cut service which was great, exactly what I was looking for. I did also book a 15 min keratin consultation but I felt that my stylist was not able to answer some of my questions around the kertain product. I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

I can’t say enough good things about this salon and Amaraah specifically. I’ve done my hair at some of the most expensive salons in CPT that charge 5k+ for highlights, and I’ve never been as satisfied as with Amaraah. Her attention to detail is what sets her apart, and as a fine hair girly that highlights her hair that goes a long way. My highlights are always even toned because she pulls them out and rinses them at different times, and my hair health is in immaculate condition. 10/10 recommend

I booked this appointment for mum and sent some pics for inspo to discuss during the consultation. Omg Layla totally nailed the brief and gave her the look she was after which also knocked 10yrs off her age. Thank you for making her look absolutely beautiful and feel comfortable during the entire transformation process. She was completely blown away by the peaceful atmosphere in the salon, the hospitality as well as the kind & gentle nature of the staff. Truly a refreshing experience. Took my daughter, and I ended up doing my hair too (what was meant to be a drop and go, was filled with working remotely and getting my hair done at the same time). Win win 👏 First time at this salon, I was really impressed with all the amazing products and treatment services, they actually get to understand you from the first consult. I always go to Platinum Hair when I am in Cape Town Mel is the only hairdresser who always gets it spot on . Her expertise is outstanding . The staff are friendly . Lovely log fire lounge while you wait . Mel is also a child and animal lover who is making a difference in a lot of lives .
