I had such a wonderful experience at Jen Head Spa in San Jose! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. I had my session with Tina, and she was absolutely amazing—professional, gentle, and incredibly attentive throughout the whole treatment. The entire experience was deeply relaxing. You can really tell they care about every detail—from the soothing environment to the technique. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and completely relaxed. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself!

Hannah was very knowledgeable, really took the time to understand my concerns and used the right products during the facial that would benefit my overall skin health. I definitely noticed a drastic improvement in my skin texture and the facial made my skin look refreshing, very clean, glowy and smooth. I chose the signature facial which included variety of products and treatments like cryotherapy, stem cell mask, enzyme based products and I really appreciated the insights Hannah shared throughout the session. This was so far one of the best facials I have had and amazing results. I loved it.

Care doesn’t just give you a facial but also walks you through what she’s applying on your face and makes excellent recommendations based on your skin type and goals. I happened upon this space when I was looking for something else, but I am so glad I did! I got a signature glow facial, a lash lift, and tint. I worked with Hannah, who I cannot say enough good things about. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great, effective, friendly, relaxing experience. She was extremely careful and invested- which I truly appreciated. I had questions about my mom's skin randomly, and she was so kind to share her thoughts. Cannot wait to come back, thanks Hannah! <3

I had a really good experience at Velvet Head Spa with Sophie. I booked the “Getaway” service with the basic scalp treatment and facial, and it was super relaxing from start to finish. Sophie was professional, gentle, and made the entire experience very calming. My scalp and hair felt refreshed afterward. Definitely recommend if you want a relaxing self-care session.

First time experience at Jen Head Spa. I was so excited.I set up a mother's and daughter's day as an early mommy's day. The staff were very nice, professional, and accommodating. One of my daughter's and I did the whole Jen head spa package 90 min with another 60 min. 2.30 hours of pampering was awesome our masseuses we very friendly and caring to our bodies. My other daughter did the head, neck massage with a facial and the extra 60 min full body massage which she enjoyed as well. Hailey was awesome! Great upper back massage, facial and head spa treatment! I initially made my appt with someone else, but that person wound up being on vacation. I was not notified prior to my appt and found out when I was laying on the table. Most people make an appt with a specific person for a reason and I was going by a trusted recommendation. I felt it was inconsiderate to not have been notified by the spa. Since it was only my second time here and I was already on the table, I agreed to go ahead with the appt. As it turns out, I was VERY happy with Hailey’s service.

Kathy is an incredibly talented lash artist. She is precise, understands how to best recommend lashes based on your facial structure and is a very calm yet positively bubbly presence. Ive been going to her for the past 3 yrs and have recommended every woman I know to go to her. The best part is when she does lashes they last a long time!

Extremely relaxing and informative Learned about my angry scalp, and left feeling squeaky clean. The massages were a spectacular add on, i struggle with TMJ and migraines so the facial acupressure was dreamy. Left with my scalp and skin looking 10 times better. Hope to be back soon

Kevin did an excellent job, and the facial lady was super sweet and caring. She kept checking in to make sure I was okay and was very attentive. I would definitely do the facial again with her I wish I had gotten her name, she was such a sweetheart and a true professional. The front desk assistant was also extremely helpful. She went above and beyond by calling me personally and making all the arrangements for me and my companion.

My experience with Aiden was phenomenal! It was my first time coming to Her Studio Hair Salon and I requested Aiden based on his senior status. I didn’t know what kind of haircut I wanted, I just knew that I wanted layers. I asked him to recommend a style for me and he said the butterfly haircut would suit me. I also added on a Kerastase hair treatment. Both the haircut and treatment + mask helped transform my hair so beautifully!!! I’m definitely coming back to see Aiden again! Thank you so much!

In the past two months I have gone to see Holly for a massage and facial. Both experiences were amazing and so relaxing. Today I went in for my very first facial. Holly is very knowledgable on skincare and she was helping answer my questions and making recommendations on which product to use. The products are sold in the spa but she does not push to buy. She even mentioned she will be using those products on my face today in case I wanted to purchase. She is very transparent and so skilled in her craft.

I had the Ageless Facial with Holly at Silver Sea Day Spa, and it was absolutely amazing! She has such a gentle, soothing touch. I actually fell asleep multiple times during the treatment because it was that relaxing. When I woke up, my skin felt refreshed, glowing, and I honestly felt like a new and better version of myself. Holly truly has magic hands. Highly recommend her if you want to treat yourself to some real self-care and total relaxation!

I love how in depth the facial was; from the questions to the knowledge/advice. I could tell she really cared about my skin and my journey with acne. I felt like the extractions were very pleasant and the massages were nice too. :)

I can’t recommend Madeline enough! She’s knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that makes sense. Her facials are very relaxing, but she also focuses on getting results - she’s intentional and genuinely cares about my skin. My skin has improved so much since going to her!

I really like working with Aiden. He’s done my hair a couple times now (haircut/ bang trim) both were really great experiences and he always gives great input on what will work vs what won’t work with my facial features. The end results always look pretty. I trust my hair with his skills. I’m usually never one to have a go to salon, but this place and Aiden have become my consistent go to.
