Once again, Suezie was amazing. The back massage was perfect. The facial massage was like a facial but more relaxing. The scalp massage was also great. Definitely makes me want to try all the services they offer.

Overall this was a nice and relaxing experience! I did the Velvet Signature which includes upper back massage, scalp care and facial massage. While I LOVED it, I was looking forward to the "scalp analysis"before the service but that didn't happen. Being that this is the "top" service I thought that would be part of the experience. I think this would have helped to target some of my areas of concern on my scalp; maybe I need to do the scalp therapy alone next time? Overall I enjoyed my experience and I will definitely be going back in the future!

Complimentary drinks is a good touch. Scalp and facial massage was wonderful relax. Hair dry service was very good; 2 of us had very meticulous service that made my other daughter so jealous, wonder why she was not given same treat. Will come again

Came with my daughter for the Group of 2 people 60 Mins GET Away (Basic Scalp Care + Facial Massage) for our birthdays. Oh my god, we're going to have to make this treatment a regular thing. We came out feeling super relaxed and refreshed. The massages of the hair, face, chest and shoulders included in this package were absolutely perfect. I think the only suggestion I would have is to have styling products available for curly hair. We should probably have brought our own though. Cannot wait to come back.

After a year, I finally used the gift card my husband gave me, and OMG, this experience was everything I needed! Tie performed my services, and she was incredible! I had a 90-minute massage, facial, scalp massage, and a blowout. She excelled in all four parts of the service. Tie was very strong yet gentle. This experience will definitely not be my last with her!

I got the full works - started with a 30 min neck, shoulder, back massage, 30 min facial, and 30 min head, scalp massage and wash + 10 min of basic blow dry... it was truly divine to start off the New Year. The only improvement is to be narrated with what was being applied to my face during the facial and what type of products were being used. Thank you Benny! You're the best!

My mom and I booked the 90 minute Velvet Signature package for 2 that included scalp care,facial ,and back massage. 10/10 💆🏽‍♀️🧖🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️💕 It was our first time here. It exceeded our expectations. The velvet package gives one everything you need to leave feeling like a queen! My mStaff were so kind and attentive. We will definitely be back!

Velvet Head spa was a wonderful experience from start to finish! They begin by inspecting your scalp and showing you! Then you get basically a full spa experience! I wasn’t expecting all of the facial and massages worked it, it was bliss! I think I fell asleep and woke up with glowing skin and a super fresh scalp!

Tessa, I believe that’s her name, but she did a great job!!! First timer and I will definitely go back! I’m looking to do this monthly. I am trying the H20 spot next and they will have to beat velvet head spa! It was worth every penny. My scalp is lighter, breathable, and extra clean! If you’ve been contemplating weather or not to try them out, this is your sign to go for it! Next I’ll try their facial, thank you!!!

It was such a lovely and pleasant experience! We got the Basic Scalp Care and Facial Massage package! They did a scalp exam with the camera before and after so we could see the difference. The products they used were organic and felt great on. They also did a gentle face and neck and head massage as well. Would highly recommend!

We were asked to arrive earlier than our original appt (230pm instead of 3pm), which we had, but we sat around for a while before they were ready for us. My aesthetician was Jennifer, she was great. I felt she did a very thorough job with both the hair therapy and facial massage. My sister worked with a Courtney (?). She felt it was a bit rushed, but otherwise had a good experience. We realized after we left that neither of us had a post therapy hair analysis, which was mentioned in the beginning as something that would have been done. Overall, it was still a good experience.

Such an incredible experience. My fiancé and I went for the Couples Ayurvedic Shiro Lepa Experience and added a facial. Courtney was absolutely amazing. She’s definitely got the magic touch with her hands! And Olga’s full body massage was great! Very relaxing and therapeutic. If you’re looking to be pampered, this is the place!

Had a facial, 30 min massage, and shiro-lepa hair treatment. Courtney was very professional and informative about her services. Surprisingly affordable for the quality. Will be back to try her other hair services.
