Madeline is very knowledgeable and personable! I did the skin consultation before my facial and it was 100% worth it. I feel like she answered years worth of skincare questions lol and was so thorough and patient. She did an in-depth skin analysis and went through my current routine, explaining what each product was doing, what was working and where I could improve. She also gave me some great product samples/recommendations to try. The Custom Facial was super relaxing, ambiance was great and the heated bed was sooo comfortable. I left understanding my skin so much better!

I love how in depth the facial was; from the questions to the knowledge/advice. I could tell she really cared about my skin and my journey with acne. I felt like the extractions were very pleasant and the massages were nice too. :)

I can’t recommend Madeline enough! She’s knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that makes sense. Her facials are very relaxing, but she also focuses on getting results - she’s intentional and genuinely cares about my skin. My skin has improved so much since going to her!

Daniel did a great job! 1 star taken away because Velvet Head Spa changed the person I booked without telling me. I was lucky because Daniel did a great job, but it would have been nice if they let me know of the change ahead of time. I only found out about the change in the treatment room. Horrible business practice.

The massage was incredible. The therapists are very well trained and really targets your troubles spots. The owner Dave is the most fascinating man to speak to as well. I love how much he cares about his employees and is just a kind person in general. Come support their business. Amazing people

Booked the signature service for my partner’s birthday, and it was great! The staff were so sweet and welcoming, the massage and hair washing was so thorough and relaxing, and our skin and hair afterwards was so silky smooth. We both fell asleep in the middle because it was so peaceful.
