I had such a wonderful experience at Jen Head Spa in San Jose! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. I had my session with Tina, and she was absolutely amazing—professional, gentle, and incredibly attentive throughout the whole treatment. The entire experience was deeply relaxing. You can really tell they care about every detail—from the soothing environment to the technique. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and completely relaxed. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself!

Extremely relaxing and informative Learned about my angry scalp, and left feeling squeaky clean. The massages were a spectacular add on, i struggle with TMJ and migraines so the facial acupressure was dreamy. Left with my scalp and skin looking 10 times better. Hope to be back soon

This was my first facial and scalp massage and it was amazing. The spa space is very clean and the staff are very nice. I had my appointment with Katy and can’t wait to go see her again. Katy was very good about saying what treatment was next and her massage was a great balance of firm and calming. She did such an excellent job on my facial and the scalp cleaning and massage made a huge difference. They actually show you the before and after with a small camera that use on the scalp. The spa also had all the little extras to make the experience even better. I will definitely return soon!

I have been here before. 1st time exp was great! Today was a bit mid. The massage was great but I wished she not only focused on the right side but also the left. I felt like throughout the whole appt. The left side probably got maybe 20% of what the right side had. Given I should have said something, next time I will. But in all honesty shouldn't it be symmetrical? I would come back again. The head spa and facial part was good. Overall, could be better for the 190 I paid for and I did tip since I did receive service that wasnt bad but wasnt great either. I hope next visit will be better. I wa

The Jen Signature treatment was very relaxing. I got a nice scalp scrub and neck/ shoulder/ back massage. The facial was also a nice touch, giving a well rounded spa treatment. 10/10 highly recommend!

My first time experience at Jen Head Spa is what I would expect at a spa. I had my facial today and I feel so clean and pampered; I highly recommend it. The facial was gentle and the workers are professional and polite. She also recommended to me a few products that I can buy on my own. Because I have acnes, the worker recommended me to do hand massage instead and it was good as well. I want to come back for other services.

Very relaxing experience! The ambience inside is nice. I’m not sure if I would get their Hydrafacial treatment again—it was a lot of steps that seemed different from a typical Hydrafacial, and I prefer to be more careful and simple since I have sensitive skin. But the scalp treatment and the massage were so relaxing! The facial massage was also really nice. I would certainly go back for those things!

My daughter got me a gift certificate, and I wasn't really sure what to expect but Jen's head spa definitely went above and beyond any expectations I had. I brought my friend for her birthday and we got the 90 minute Jen's special with the facial. The experience was absolutely amazing beginning with the scalp assessment, a back massage including some hot stones, then the neck and scalp treatment with the facial, finishing with the foot soak and blow dry. We were relaxed and glowing when we left, and already planning our next visit. Tina and Lina were amazing therapist ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jen Head Spa was a lovely and relaxing experience for me and my partner. It was our first time trying a hair spa and didn’t know what to expect. We bought the Getaway package of the basic scalp therapy and relaxing facial as a way to get to know the place. The scalp therapy was amazing and my scalp felt much cleaner afterwards. The blow dry at the end is just that - a blow dry. So don’t expect more. The facial was relaxing, but basic. If you want a more inclusive facial service, don’t book the Getaway. Get an actual facial. Overall, it’s a nice place.

It's a small shop but the attention atmosphere is relaxing and Hanna was excellent! This was my first scalp massage/head bath spa experience and it was divine! As an African American weigh 4B/C hair, I was concerned about the products used and styling but the products used were fine and I brought my own leave in conditioner and hair setting foam for a curly set with a partial diffuser dry instead of the blow dry that was included. I think I might get my scalp massaged here once a month! The facial and back massage were great too!

My friend and I went to deep scalp therapy. Linda and Katie were really amazing. We felt totally pampered by them. It starts with a quick scalp analysis. They give you a warming eye mask then treat and steam your hair. Then they do multiple hair washes. The massages were so amazing and relaxing. It ends with a blow dry and a foot soak. I felt so comfortable the entire time. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends! For the price in the Bay Area, I would say it is worth. Plenty of parking but a little bit of a sketchy area.

I loved it! It was so relaxing and my friend and I did the get away package which had a facial and massage and scalp massage and cleaning. She got so many of my knots out and make sure to even blow dry and apply serums into my scalp after. I’m definitely coming back and bringing my boyfriend and other friends back!!

The experience was nothing short of magical. Me and my wife had the 90 minutes of 'signature' massage and it was fantastic. So relaxing, so calming. The back, the shoulders, the neck are like new now. I've never experienced anything like this on my face - it was massaged with different oils, it was washed, massaged again, washed again, I had a warm mask on my eyes, while my head and face were treated royally, then my had was washed the way I had no idea is even possible. Amazing experience

Such a serene experience! It was thoroughly relaxing and my hair hasn't felt this clean and soft in years! I injured my right hand a few months ago so it's been really difficult to wash my hair, this is exactly what I needed. Thanks Jen head spa! :)
