Kevin did an excellent job, and the facial lady was super sweet and caring. She kept checking in to make sure I was okay and was very attentive. I would definitely do the facial again with her I wish I had gotten her name, she was such a sweetheart and a true professional. The front desk assistant was also extremely helpful. She went above and beyond by calling me personally and making all the arrangements for me and my companion.

Great experience at Elisha! My aesthetician Jeneva was very nice and knowledgeable, came up with personalized care plans. I go to get a facial once in a while, but I can definitely say that this was worth it. I definitely feel a difference in my skin.

Loved the cryo facial, it transforms my skin. The benefits of firming, lifting and fat reduction in an hour is unbelievable. Definitely worth a try and transform one day at a time! Love this place. It's the only place in Palo Alto that offers this service. Personally, ive done it twice and results are great and gets better!

I really like working with Aiden. He’s done my hair a couple times now (haircut/ bang trim) both were really great experiences and he always gives great input on what will work vs what won’t work with my facial features. The end results always look pretty. I trust my hair with his skills. I’m usually never one to have a go to salon, but this place and Aiden have become my consistent go to.

Amy was very pleasant. She didn’t push any sale of products. She told me how dry my skin was and what she recommends. I didn’t feel pushed into buying anything. However, the facial felt so amazing that I bought the package deal.

The BEST hair studio! Aiden and Jessie are truly amazing. I had a digital perm, hair cut that I absolutely love! I also had a facial and my skin is glowing. Fantastic team and very professional.

Dylan took his expertise and time to work on my hair, all while including my requests, alongside with Tiffany. He gave his insights on what works for me and my facial shape.
