Ken & Emily was amazing. We booked a Facial & Scalp Treatment and our experiences was so good. My husband first time ever getting a facial & scalp massage and he loved it (by Emily ). I recently had 3 sessions of morphous8 treatment and the results have already been incredible. Dr Famoori's combination of skill, knowledge of facial anatomy and expertise is top-notch. Dr talks through her process and makes recommendations. I trust her expert opinion. The front desk are polite and professional. I'm always offered hot water with orange blossom flavor which I love. I highly recommend Dr Famoori.

Overall I had a wonderful experience with Hailey! She gave a wonderful massage, multiple thorough washes, and my hair looked great after the blow out! This was my 1st time at the Santa Clara location and liked that there are lots of food options in the area. The only feedback is my back (bra) ended up all wet after the wash, otherwise would give it a 5/5!

I did the couple velvet signature with my husband. We came on a Friday night at 5 pm and were welcomed with an analysis of our scalp. They gave some good advice on how to improve your scalp so that was nice. They started with a massage, then did a facial massage and the scalp routine. I felt like they took their time with it because we were there for quite some time. And they ended it with blow drying our hair and he actually styled it which was nice. I would def come back!

Kevin did a great cutting my hair and I liked the perm. But the only thing i can say was the tech who washed my hair kept getting water in my ears, and the way she washed my hair was a little too aggressive. It was like she washed it in a hurry or she didn’t care. Other than that the haircut and perm was great.

Very relaxing experience at Velvet head spa! You start off with a scalp consultation and they give you tips on how to better care for your hair. Then i got a facial and hair treatment. it was so peaceful and relaxing. They finish with a blow dry. The spa itself was very clean and smelt soooo nice! Will definitely be coming back!

The added facial enhances the entire experience, making it absolutely amazing!

While in the South Bay, I decided to treat myself and was thrilled to book a same-day appointment—especially with the 25% discount! I opted for the combo of a basic scalp massage, back massage, and facial, and WOW—what an experience. My technician, Emily, had magic hands, and I only wished I could have extended my 90-minute session by another 30 minutes. She conducted a thorough scalp assessment before and after; while some oil remained (a deep scalp massage was recommended for complete removal), a significant amount had been cleared. Despite the distance, I know I’ll be returning soon!
