Andrius was really friendly and welcoming. He is clearly very experienced, was able to identify my issues easily and recommend exercises to help. I was nervous to have a sports massage as I’ve seen online that they can look pretty aggressive but my massage with Andrius was enjoyable and my shoulder feels better after just one visit. I’ve already booked in for my next one in a couple of weeks time.

Absolutely amazing as always, had tight IT bands either side ,sorted, then much needed relax, just don't plan on doing anything more complex than tying your shocelaces afterwards, because you'll be completely zoned out !

I regularly book with Amy for hot stone treatments. Amy is amazing at what she does, always going above and beyond for you during your treatment. She concentrates on the areas where you have been experiencing the most pain/discomfort & will bring in other treatments such as ultra sound, dry needling and the latest addition to her skill set Lymphatic Drainage. On my last visit l had swelling around my elbow, Amy used her newly acquired knowledge of Lymphatic Drainage to work on my arm. By the following morning the swelling had totally gone. I can't recommend Amy highly enough she's the best ⭐️

Rokas is fantastic! I had a sports massage with him, and he sorted out my shoulder pain in just one session. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the source of the problem. I left feeling so much better, with improved movement and virtually no pain. I highly recommend Rokas to anyone looking for an effective sports massage or treatment for muscle pain.

Greeted by Rokus in the most beautiful premises! I was made to feel very comfortable! I had a deep Therapy massage, can’t put into words how amazing it was! I felt like a New woman walking out. I am in constant pain with fibromyalgia/spondilitus & sciatic nerve problems! So i will def be booking many more treatments going forward! I Highly reccomend Rokas.
