It’s my first time at Forest Massage Therapy and won’t be my last. Nicola is very professional and very good at explaining the different therapies and their benefits to our body. The setting is clean, calm, and comfortable, and I had a relaxing Indian Head Massage treatment. I felt less tension on my shoulder, head, and neck after the treatment. Highly recommended x

Rated 5 stars. Aaron demonstrated professionalism and friendliness, immediately creating a comfortable and safe atmosphere. After a brief consultation, he provided a massage that was both relaxing and attentive, maintaining an ideal level of pressure throughout. He regularly checked in to ensure all my needs were addressed. I booked a 90-minute session, which I highly recommend; given its excellent value. Overall, it was an blissful experience.

Absolutely amazing sports massage of Michael . Ive been in so much pain an now feeling like a weight been lifted off my shoulders he gone to detail on everything that was wrong in diffrent parts of my body an worked on making it better. Not only has he done my sports massage hes gaven me physio I need to work on at home . An will be keep an eye on my progress. 100 percent I would recommend him to everyone. Third time at Ando Wellness and AS PER USUAL.. I have received the absolute BEST service. I had a deep tissue massage and we discussed the areas I have my issues. I had a truly wonderful massage with Meesha at Mind Body Wellness. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. She explained each step of the treatment as she went along and made sure to ask for my consent before working on any sensitive areas, which I really appreciated. Mesh’s professionalism and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. I even asked her about other treatments available, and she took the time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed. Her knowledge and genuine care really stood out. I’ve been receiving weekly Swedish massages for the past four weeks, and the results have been nothing short of incredible. Belle has been absolutely amazing—her care, attention, and technique have made a huge difference in my well-being. Thanks to her, I’ve been able to stop taking my prescription medication for a bulging disc. Each session leaves me feeling completely relaxed, with noticeably improved mobility and a real sense of healing. I always walk away feeling 100% better. I’m deeply grateful for the care and professionalism Belle provides—she’s truly gifted at what she does!

Amazing as always! I’ve been coming to Meesha for regular sports massages and can’t recommend highly enough. She took time to do a thorough assessment and understand my difficulties and needs, considering my pole and aerial training and hypermobility, and has given me targeted exercises to help with my training goals alongside massage. Meesha is also really thoughtful and sensitive, and having massages with Meesha as part of my regular self-care has helped not only with my pole and aerial goals but also managing stress and looking after my mental health - very grateful thank you!
