Have been having pretty acute back pain and could barely walk when I arrived. I expected not to be able to cope but didn’t feel any ill effects, or pain, for a full 90 minutes while on the bed. Got up to walk and the pain was back, HOWEVER, did as Rico suggested, upped the fluids went to bed early and hey-presto I am a changed woman. Managed a full day of work the day after and 3000 steps, much better than the few hundred steps I’ve been ‘shuffling’ beforehand. Thank you Rico and see you next week!!

I had an amazing post‑op lymphatic drainage massage with Nicole and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly gentle and skilled throughout, and I felt completely at ease the whole time. This was my first appointment with Rico. He took his time to find out what I needed and worked really hard to give me a treatment that eased my chronic neck pain. It was very helpful.

Rico was very good, was effective with releasing any pain I had in my muscles definitely worth a try if you haven’t already.

I had the most amazing Swedish massage from Nicole honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. From the moment it started, I felt completely relaxed and at ease. The pressure was perfect, I left feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply refreshed. It was exactly what my body needed, and I couldn’t recommend it enough. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Tried a Medical Facial Massage today and can honestly say this was incredible! There were so many components to the massage, I was pleasantly shocked at all the techniques used throughout the massage. I walked away feeling less tense in my whole face/jaw/neck. The only part that was a struggle was not talking to Andrius as we usually talk and talk but, we were quiet for this massage as it was very peaceful! Thank you again Andrius
