Have been having pretty acute back pain and could barely walk when I arrived. I expected not to be able to cope but didn’t feel any ill effects, or pain, for a full 90 minutes while on the bed. Got up to walk and the pain was back, HOWEVER, did as Rico suggested, upped the fluids went to bed early and hey-presto I am a changed woman. Managed a full day of work the day after and 3000 steps, much better than the few hundred steps I’ve been ‘shuffling’ beforehand. Thank you Rico and see you next week!!

I visited this fab little shop for acupuncture From the get go I knew I was in expert hands with Rachel. As someone who is trained in accupuncture I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge Rachel has. The treatment was amazing and I floated out of the treatment room! Definitely a great addition to our little community I am definitely going back! Don't hesitate if you are on the fence about acupuncture, it is a painless treatment with so many benefits....get booked in with Rachel!

Andrius was really friendly and welcoming. He is clearly very experienced, was able to identify my issues easily and recommend exercises to help. I was nervous to have a sports massage as I’ve seen online that they can look pretty aggressive but my massage with Andrius was enjoyable and my shoulder feels better after just one visit. I’ve already booked in for my next one in a couple of weeks time.

I had an amazing post‑op lymphatic drainage massage with Nicole and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly gentle and skilled throughout, and I felt completely at ease the whole time. There was absolutely no pain, just soothing, effective treatment that left me feeling less swollen and more comfortable. The hygiene standards were outstanding, which is so important after surgery. Absolutely amazing as always, had tight IT bands either side ,sorted, then much needed relax, just don't plan on doing anything more complex than tying your shocelaces afterwards, because you'll be completely zoned out !

Rokas is fantastic! I had a sports massage with him, and he sorted out my shoulder pain in just one session. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the source of the problem. I left feeling so much better, with improved movement and virtually no pain. I highly recommend Rokas to anyone looking for an effective sports massage or treatment for muscle pain.
