Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

My experience was amazing as usual. Tiffany is always on time and ready to get down to business as soon as you walk through the door. She is always professional and loves what she does. It was first time doing a wax, while the initial feeling was a shock, Kesha made sure I was comfortable and allowed me a couple minutes to breathe. Overall the experience was new and I was in good hands, definitely continue waxing in the future .

Ihad such a wonderful experience at this salon I went in to get a facial wax and my toenails done, and from start to finish the service was amazing. The staff were incredibly gentle and attentive, which made the waxing process much more comfortable than I expected.
