I originally booked for a c-curl perm + straighten. Instead of just going ahead with the treatment I booked for, they thought of the problem I was trying to solve (i.e. i wanted to get back to something like my natural hair, which is an A2 straight), and suggested that I get a haircut and a treatment instead, which was cheaper than a c-curl perm with straighten. This is the first time that a salon in Sydney actually thought about what I was trying to accomplish proposed something better than what I had in mind. defs coming back!

Her builder gel work is second to none - such thin and beautifully shaped nails that also last for weeks… and this is coming from a mum of 2 who’s rough on their hands! I almost don’t want to tell too many people about how good she is so that I can’t get a booking in future 😅

I came all the way from Cairns to Sydney needing lash infills and a lip blush, and they delivered exactly what I wanted, right on time before my overseas trip. As usual, this was an incredible experience. From talking through what procedures wanted with Bonnie and then her arranging for me to get an appointment on the one day that I was in Sydney this month, to spending time with the wonderful Mandy again, everything was exceptional. I am an overseas customer and being able to have a meaningful communication prior to booking. The appointment was really important to me. You all did this beautifully. Most importantly, perhaps was Mandy. Who did my procedure. I did Thermage for face and eyes, and her technique was brilliant.
