I originally booked for a c-curl perm + straighten. Instead of just going ahead with the treatment I booked for, they thought of the problem I was trying to solve (i.e. i wanted to get back to something like my natural hair, which is an A2 straight), and suggested that I get a haircut and a treatment instead, which was cheaper than a c-curl perm with straighten. This is the first time that a salon in Sydney actually thought about what I was trying to accomplish proposed something better than what I had in mind. defs coming back!

From start to finish the experience was out of this world. Saranya was super energetic, sweet and explained all the steps that she would do during my visit. I wish I lived in Sydney just so I could come here weekly. I highly recommend the coco wrap it's so relaxing you'll fall asleep, and the anti aging facial was such a joy, my face feels more relaxed and dare I say it a little bit more firmer. 5 stars for Nail & Beauty. I’d just flown in from Europe where it’s winter (feet hidden in boots), and landing in hot Sydney meant I needed an instant summer reset. I chose red gel and it’s gorgeous — glossy, neat, and beautifully shaped. The unexpected hot stones and calf massage were so good after a long flight — such a thoughtful touch. From talking through what procedures wanted with Bonnie and then her arranging for me to get an appointment on the one day that I was in Sydney this month, to spending time with the wonderful Mandy again, everything was exceptional. I am an overseas customer and being able to have a meaningful communication prior to booking. The appointment was really important to me. You all did this beautifully. Most importantly, perhaps was Mandy. Who did my procedure. I did Thermage for face and eyes, and her technique was brilliant.
