Sireen is absolutely incredible. She checked in with me at every step of my appointment — lash tint, lash lift, brow tint, brow lamination and shape — making sure each part matched what I actually wanted before moving forward. When my eyelids felt slightly irritated partway through, she stopped immediately, took it seriously, and fixed it on the spot. When I explained the brow thickness I was after, she took her time and kept checking in until we both agreed it was exactly right. The whole appointment felt like an experience, not just a service. I had my first appointment with Vivian today at VA lashes . I had my lashes done and threading . I’m very happy with the service and result . Vivian was very gentle and thorough in what she does . I also got a cute little key ring, mirror and a lash brush that I can close so it doesn’t get dirty lol. It’s the little touches that make a difference. Very happy and I’ll definitely be back
