I had the best experience! She was so gentle, took her time, and was really lovely. As someone who has always been skeptical about going to salons because of a bad first experience and usually prefers doing my own hair, this visit was truly reassuring. I’m definitely coming back. Naa really understands how to handle natural hair with care.

I had a wonderful experience today (12/19/25) with Vera. I have armpit-length, thick natural hair and booked the Scalp Detox and Deep Moisture Treatment. I have psoriasis, which usually makes new salons uncomfortable, but Vera was reassuring, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. The salon has a beautiful, boutique-level atmosphere, and I was even able to add a mani-pedi on the spot, which they graciously accommodated. I do not use heat, and Vera happily honored my request to moisturize and seal my hair. Truly an A+++ experience. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I got a silk press and I love it so much…. I’m definitely gonna go back there…and another thing,I know I have dandruff(or I had a feeling) but all the salons I’ve been to…no one ever told me I had dandruff but when I came here the lady (Mercy) told me and also showed me what to use to get rid of it…Thank you so much beauty technician ✌🏾✌🏾

The workers were extremely patient with me and took great care of me all through out their service to me. Excellent customer service and I loved the braids. After poor braid services at 3 different salons, Ronexe is my new home for braids and hair services. Thank you guys

Naa was a 100 out of 10!!! She knows exactly what she’s doing. Her gentleness with my natural hair was extremely impressive. I have been to most of the hair salons in Ghana that claim to be experienced with natural hair but I can confidently say none of them are as good as Naa. She gets it. I highly recommend Naa if you want someone that won’t tear your curly coils.

Fabulous experience at Kai Beauty Salon. Everyone was super friendly, including Mina, the hostess. However, the stylist that did it for me was Francisca; her hands are blessed and this is coming from someone that’s tried several salons in Accra since 2000…lol. Can you imagine, my patience has been rewarded with Francisca. Thank you Kai Beauty for the impeccable service today.
