I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

So happy with my experience at H Derma Beautu Aesthetics Norwich. It was my first time coming here. I had 3 areas of botox done and I was so impressed with Georgia. She was lovely and made me feel very welcome. She was very professional and knew her stuff! Will definitely be coming back for more treatments. I love the fact she is so central and easy to get to. Sue is the ultimate skincare queen. She’s the only person I have ever gone back to for a facial as I’ve always felt something wasn’t quite right with other facialist. She blows my mind with how knowledgable she is around the skin and skin care. No question is ever too silly and she is always so welcoming and calm when I visit, I feel like I’m chatted with a friend! I had Microneedling for the first time and whilst I can’t comment on the results as of yet, I’m excited to see the results in a few more treatment time.

Bryony is not only fabulous but is also so lovely and welcoming.. and I would 100 % highly recommend the Ultimate Rejuvenation Facial. This treatment is one of the best facials you can have and the results are so good. What I most like about Bryony is that she is only interested in offering treatments to those that want to enhance their beauty and the results are always so amazing and natural.

I had a Hydrafacial with Chris today and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve had. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced — he really knows his stuff and explained everything in a way that felt reassuring and professional. Chris was also so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Just a really nice, calm presence, which makes such a difference during a treatment. Another personalised facial today, this is my third facial with Sue and she continues to impress me with her knowledge and adaptability to my skincare issues I raise. I’ve always been extremely conscious of my skin and feeling exposed under a light and for someone to be that close to my imperfections, however she makes me feel super comfortable and calm.

Andy did an amazing skin peel for me. The difference was instant and something I had been cautious to undertake as I wanted a skilled professional to deliver the service and Andy was both of these. I have suffered with acne rosacea for many years, however after my skin peel my pours are less visible, my active acne has reduced and my rosacea has begun to calm down after two treatments! I’m delighted with the wonderful service and aftercare advice I have been provided with as well as a first class service.

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

Would rate 10/5 stars if I could!! Can’t recommend Kait or the Farm Girl facial enough, it was sensational and she’s an absolute angel. My skin looks like glass🤎 I will definitely be back for more treatments xxx

Fantastic experience, I highly recommend Vicky’s facials. Mine involved microblading, microneedling and a soothing mask with cool globes to improve lymph drainage. Her facial massage technique is super-relaxing and adds to the whole pampering treatment. She’s also lovely to chat to too!

Had another amazing appointment with Abby this evening,Abby confirmed her arrival, punctual as always, very polite & friendly, we discussed my Botox x3 areas since last visit 12 weeks ago, movement had only started about two weeks ago so she done a fabulous job! Treatment was almost totally pain free , no bruising , I’m really happy I’ve found Abby, I won’t go anywhere else now, she’s amazing at what she does, very knowledgeable, definitely not a pushy sales person , I also had a another skin tag frozen as Abby has removed several for me now with amazing results. 100% in safe hands with Abby.☺️
