Absolutely lovely to meet Phoebe today and see her lovely business. Such a good back massage and facial tension massage. I really feel like it's relieved a lot of tension and pressure that I was carrying. I felt totally relaxed and Phoebe was lovely and talked through everything. I often visit spas outside of Norwich, but this was a nice find and local to me. I had the chocolate ritual, it was very nice! I felt refreshed and my skin felt hydrated. Products also smelled amazing. Thank you!

I've had a 90 mins pregnancy massage today and the experience was amazing. I felt completely relaxed and in tune with my body whilst Charlotte still got into my muscles and made it feel like I was still having a massage. Honestly one of the best massages I've had and I'll be back for sure!!

I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

I’ve been to Chantara several times now, and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! I tend to carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and back, and every time I go, she manages to find and get rid of all the knots and some of them I didn’t even know I had! She’s incredibly skilled, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making you feel better. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and I always leave feeling like lighter. If you’re looking for an effective massage in Norwich, I'd recommend having it at Chantara!

I had a back, shoulder and neck massage. It was wonderful! I felt so relaxed and could feel my stress and tension unwinding very quickly into the massage. I would highly recommend this. I must also say it was so nice not to be rushed after the massage. I have already booked another one for next month.

I had a back massage with Rachel after having some pain in my middle back for a few weeks which was beginning to worsen, which I think is down to carrying my little toddler around :) Rachel was so sweet and made me feel really comfortable straight away. She instantly knew where the pain was and the massage was absolutely amazing! As soon as it was finished I instantly felt back to normal. So much so, I immediately booked another! I’ve never really been one for massages before, but I can see this becoming a new bit of me time that I will really look forward to. Thanks so much once again :)

Opted for a breathing space treatment during my pregnancy and came out feeling very relaxed. Really liked that there was an option to have the upper back and shoulder massage leaning forward rather than on my side as it allows you to breathe more deeply. The aromatherapy blend was lovely to breathe in during the massage. Perfect treatment to ease the pregnancy congestion! Many thanks!

I booked a 2hr session as was in a great deal of discomfort with extreme tight muscles in my back and arms. My therapist worked comfortably to release the muscle but within my pain tolerance. She was able to determine what areas needed attention just from my body language and tailored my session to focus on those areas. I left with relaxed muscles, no tension or pain which was just what I needed. Will definitely go back monthly to ensure I don’t revert back. Super professional, attentive, and great value for money. I would highly recommend

The 2 hour Japanese head spa is an absolutely amazing relaxing treatment. Me + my sister in law thoroughly enjoyed it. The 2 ladies were very friendly & made us feel comfortable instantly. Highly recommend Regen Clinic Norwich & will return hopefully soon. Thanks again.
