Alex is the most lovely soul you’ll ever meet! First time meeting her for an extraction facial and she makes you feel so comfortable and at peace right away. She’s so lovely and easy to talk to and her passion for her work really shows! I had today a personalised deep cleansing treatment with Filipa (+ Gua Sha) and it was incredibly relaxing. My watch even recorded that I fell asleep for over an hour 😄 My skin felt fresh, glowing, and deeply cleansed afterwards. Highly recommend!

Bryony is not only fabulous but is also so lovely and welcoming.. and I would 100 % highly recommend the Ultimate Rejuvenation Facial. This treatment is one of the best facials you can have and the results are so good. What I most like about Bryony is that she is only interested in offering treatments to those that want to enhance their beauty and the results are always so amazing and natural.

So happy with my experience at H Derma Beautu Aesthetics Norwich. It was my first time coming here. I had 3 areas of botox done and I was so impressed with Georgia. She was lovely and made me feel very welcome. She was very professional and knew her stuff! Will definitely be coming back for more treatments. I love the fact she is so central and easy to get to. Also the salon is beautiful and very relaxing. The perfect place to get treatments. Thank you so much Georgia! 💕💖

Amazing appointment with Kelly today. The Room was extremely clean and well presented. I was made to feel very comfortable and throughout my treatment Kelly always checked if I was ok or in any pain which I wasn’t ever. I was in for combination brows. I had a rough idea what I wanted them to look like but Kelly knew exactly what to suggest. I absolutely love my brows. The detail is incredible. My only regret is that I didn’t have them done years ago. I will definitely spread the word and looking forward to coming back for other treatments. Thank you 🫶😊

As always Meicha gives fabulous advice on which treatments will suit my skin the best. Very happy with today's appointment after we changed the booked treatment to something more beneficial to me. I would highly recommend Meichas experience and wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatments.

I came to Regen clinic in Norwich for a Japanese head spa treatment, with Marie. When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. It was the most amazing treatment I’ve ever had. I felt so comfortable, cosy and thoroughly relaxed during the whole treatment. Marie was very professional, she listened to my concerns and advised me on aftercare for my hair and skin. Thank you ever so much, highly recommend.

This was my first appointment with Eleanor for a Revive facial. Eleanor explained what she was going to do, the products she would be using and how the treatment would benefit my skin. She talked me through what she was doing whilst giving me the treatment. I had a great experience and have booked in for a course of 3 treatments.

Amazing treatment had today, first time having a peel and I’m now hooked, my skin feels so hydrated, looks super glowy, smooth and pores are diminished… I was spoken through the treatment from start to finish and felt so at ease, very professional, friendly with an excellent result too 10/10

I had a Hydrafacial with Chris today and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve had. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly very experienced — he really knows his stuff and explained everything in a way that felt reassuring and professional. Chris was also so friendly and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Just a really nice, calm presence, which makes such a difference during a treatment. My skin feels amazing and I left feeling really looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Chris!

I’ve been going to Bryony a few times now for one of the most amazing facials (Ultimate Rejuvenation Facial) that she offers. Bryony makes you feel at ease and relaxed and her knowledge of the skin and aesthetics is impeccable and what I like is that she really has your best interests at heart, with no pushing to have treatments. I personally would never consider going elsewhere as she prides herself on providing results that are so natural.

Would recommend Meicha to anyone! I had two areas of botox today and honestly didn’t feel a thing - although being so scared of needles! She made me feel so at ease and explained everything to me and was happy to answer any questions I had. She is also very knowledgeable about facial anatomy which made me feel so confident about having my treatment done by her. I felt so at ease and she made me feel so comfortable. Absolutely fabulous! Lovely therapist called Cam. She was very attentive and made time to talk me through my skin care afterwards. I had the 90 min Japanese Head Spa. What a delight. A lovely facial, steam treatment, massage, with hair wash and deep massage. Absolutely perfect. It's several hours later and I still feel relaxed!

I had a Japanese Head Spa with Marie and it was honestly one of the most beautiful and relaxing treatments I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, and I got on really well with her straight away. The whole experience was deeply calming and exactly what I needed. I left feeling not just relaxed, but lighter — like something had shifted for me. I’ve been in a bit of a hard place recently, and this treatment felt genuinely nurturing and restorative. Marie has such a lovely, gentle presence and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her 🤍
