I honestly can’t recommend Antoinette enough. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely at ease. She’s incredibly kind, gentle, and genuinely cares about her clients, which makes such a difference. Every appointment feels relaxed and comfortable. Not only are the results great, but the whole experience is positive. She’s a truly lovely person and I’m so glad I found her.

Mel cared about my comfort during the treatment and made my first Deso Body experience as comfortable as possible, i also appreciated Rosie being on hand with cooling ice packs, which really helped straight after.

What an amazing experience I’ve received today by Poppy. The results on my face are clear to see. Sun spots have been treated and almost disappeared! Treated myself to a lymphatic facial and what a dreamy experience this was. My skin is so much clearer! Would highly recommend Poppy for great results in a beautiful, countryside retreat. Am absolutely thrilled with the miracle Mel has performed today on my nose! I was so nervous about going to have filler as I had been put off from the horror stories you see online. I had an initial consultation then still had many questions, so I contacted Mel who again took the time to answer clearly and honestly and reassured me. In my appointment Mel and Rosie made me feel calm and safe and I am so pleased with the outcome. I love that Antoinette blends holistic approaches with advanced treatments. I now see her regularly for maintenance and other treatments like the lymphatic drainage facial. She’s always professional, yet every visit feels like catching up with a friend.
